Account and record linking

By continuing, I ask ProSCA to create or review a private Student Portal account using the information I provide. ProSCA may link my verified request to approved historical course, event, enrollment, and Certificate records when the evidence is sufficient. A human administrator may review an ambiguous request, and a request may be declined when it cannot be verified safely.

Private information

Linked records are private to my authenticated account and authorized ProSCA administrators. They may include course participation, completion, Event or batch details, Certificate status, and protected Certificate downloads. Certificate files will not be exposed as public URLs.

Your choices

I may ask ProSCA to correct a record, request account suspension or deletion, and ask what information is linked to my account. Account suspension must take effect immediately while a request is reviewed. A correction request does not automatically merge duplicate historical Participant records.

Optional alumni visibility and optional job-opportunity or professional-development notifications require separate explicit opt-in. Declining either option must not prevent access to core private records.

Secure review

Submitting a Certificate number and registered email does not confirm that a record exists. ProSCA uses generic responses and email verification to protect other people’s information. Do not submit CNIC, payment receipts, passwords, or unrelated personal documents through the matching form.
