Professional Strength & Conditioning Academy (“ProSCA”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how information may be handled when you use prosca.pk or communicate with ProSCA.
Information We May Process
We may process:
- Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, date and time, and security events generated by our website or hosting provider.
- Information you voluntarily provide when contacting us through email, telephone, WhatsApp or an approved social-media channel.
- Limited private participant and certificate records maintained for certificate integrity, verification and authorised administration.
- Administrator login, authentication and security information required to operate the website.
We do not request CNIC, passport or payment-card information through the public website.
Student Portal
The Student Portal is currently disabled. Public student registration, record matching and private dashboard access are not currently available.
Before these services are activated, this policy will be updated to explain account verification, consent, record matching, correction requests, retention and account-management procedures.
ProSCA Attire
The ProSCA Attire shop is currently in Coming Soon mode. Products cannot currently be purchased, customer registration is disabled and no online payment method is active.
Additional customer, delivery, payment and returns terms will be published before online sales begin.
How We Use Information
Information may be used to:
- Operate, maintain and secure the website.
- Respond to enquiries.
- Maintain accurate course and certificate records.
- Prevent misuse, unauthorised access and security incidents.
- Meet applicable administrative or legal obligations.
ProSCA does not sell personal information.
Certificate Verification
The Verify Certificate link may redirect visitors to the established certificate-verification service on psca.com.pk. That service is separate from prosca.pk and may have its own privacy practices.
External Media and Links
The website includes links to approved ProSCA social-media profiles and may display official ProSCA videos using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced service.
A muted video may load automatically when its section approaches the visible screen. When external media loads, YouTube or Google may receive technical information such as the visitor’s IP address, browser information and interaction data. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies.
External websites are responsible for their own privacy practices.
Sharing and Service Providers
Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, security, backups, email or approved external media. We disclose only the information reasonably necessary for these services or where disclosure is required by law.
Some providers may process information outside Pakistan under their own contractual and privacy arrangements.
Retention and Security
Technical logs, communications and administrative records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, operational, record-integrity or legal purposes.
Participant and certificate information may be retained where necessary to maintain an accurate training and verification history. Access is restricted to authorised administrators.
Reasonable security controls are used, but no website or electronic-storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Requests
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held by ProSCA. Some information may need to be retained for certificate integrity, fraud prevention, security or legal obligations.

Children and Minors
The website is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. Where an individual under 18 participates in an approved activity, appropriate parent or guardian authorisation should be obtained before personal information is submitted.
