Uniting Physical Preparation Across South Asia
The professional ecosystem establishing evidence-informed strength and conditioning standards, verified practitioner credentials, and career mobility throughout the subcontinent.
Born from Evidence & Regional Need
Recognizing the distinct athletic, climatic, and structural realities of sports preparation across the subcontinent, the Professional Strength & Conditioning Academy (ProSCA) established the South Asian Conditioning Coach Association (SACCA) as a non-partisan regional body.
SACCA serves as the bridge between international peer-reviewed science and grassroots youth athletic development in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, and the Maldives.
"To establish an inclusive, scientifically rigorous, and ethically bound body of physical preparation practitioners capable of elevating athletic performance and safeguarding athlete welfare across all South Asian nations."
